Where DoggyMates asks you to provide information about yourself, if you do not provide us with that information, we will not be able to provide you with the service.
Communications is by email between yourself and other members or representatives of DoggyMates. We recommend members do not use their real names, but a pen or pseudonym when creating an email address.

How we use the personal information we collect about you.

Registration information on the DoggyMates website is used to promote you to other members.
Communicate with you.
Complaints are investigated as appropriate. No action will be taken unless the complaint is substantiated by evidence. The complaint may be recorded and details stored in case of future complaints against the same member.
Non-personally identifiable information is aggregated and used to help us improve our service and infrastructure.
